Trabuild is a free beta tool for recording quotations, progress, and payments. It does not charge fees and does not process payments. Please read the points below.

Free beta

Trabuild is currently a free beta — an early version that is still being tested. During the beta, we do not charge any fees to create an account or to use the app.

Not a payment platform

Trabuild is not a payment platform or payment processor. It does not hold, transfer, or process any money. All payments (for example GCash, Maya, or cash) happen directly between you and your customer. Trabuild only records and tracks the information you enter.

Records and disputes

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you record. Trabuild is a record-keeping tool only and is not a party to — and is not responsible for — any quotation, agreement, payment, or dispute between you and your customer.

Your data & privacy

Trabuild only stores the information you enter — your account details and the customer, quotation, progress, and payment records you create — to provide this recording and tracking service to you. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising, and your records are kept on secure third-party cloud infrastructure. You remain the owner of your records and are responsible for handling your customers’ personal information lawfully under the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173). You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data at any time.

Provided “as is”

As a beta, the app is provided “as is”. It may change, may contain errors, and may be updated or discontinued at any time. These terms may also be updated as the product develops.
